THE ideal place
I moved here with my fiance not too long ago and Park Merridy is THE perfect place to settle into. First of all, Alma and Lina are the best to talk to and work with. They are patient, understanding and overall are amazing people to manage a complex. Living here has been the best experience ever. The area is quiet but also everything you can think of is around the area. On top of having clean amenities, and good parking, the living experience has been great. Overall, I highly recommend Park Merridy to anyone looking for affordable housing or a place to settle down to.
Been here for over 14 years and counting
I have lived here for over 14 years. It is well maintained, has the amenities I prefer such as the secure entry, the on-site laundry facilities, the pool, the gym, the gas barbecues, and in my case, my two car tandem parking space and patio. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive. And with the Rent Cafe portal I can even pay my rent and submit my requests online. I highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting to live near CSUN. Although I am not a student, I work in the Valley so it makes my commute time that much easier. I hope you find it as pleasant as I do!
