Staff is so friendly, maintenance is very responsive, area is okay but best value for cost of living

Living at Garden Green has been fine my first year of living here. Maintenance has been fine but there's a lot of noise from neighbors at night and the laundry room needs to be completely updated because machines are always breaking down.

Garden Greens has been like a hidden oasis tucked in north Hollywood. Great staff, great neighbors, spacious apartments. The neighborhood is a bit rough though. Thats the only thing id change
