Meintenance people are awesome but it takes awhile to get things to get fixed. Slow responses on work orders and repairing.

Only complaint is the communication with the office. My rent went past due to almost $5000. When they give you the paperwork to let you know your rent needs to be paid. There should be a balance on the paperwork with the correct balance. Other then that, I have no complaints.

The construction across the road shakes my entire apartment. They start up at 7- 7:30am! I thought city ordinance was 8am start time.

Been here almost 5 years snd I enjoy living here. My only complaint is the change of managers I have experienced living here. It can be frustrating but other than that. I have no complaints.
