This is my second time living here. I've been living here for about a month this time around, and i love it. I enjoy the community, and how well the apartments are maintained. I would definitely recommend this place for others to call home!

It's usually pretty quiet around here except for the people across the street who don't even live in the apartments who blast music on the weekends so loud that you can hear it inside your home with the TV all in the windows closed. Maintenance has been very nice respectful however I have asked them to come back twice for a couple of things and they're still not fixed correctly. As far as the managers or office staff I've never met them couldn't tell you what they look like nor have I ever seen them on property. I like having a security gate but it gets stuck a lot people coming in and out of here all the time. A safety issue at the trash can is that 1 side locks from the outside and if it closes you're locked inside with only one way out. Someone could do something to you and throw you in the trash can and nobody would know a thing about it. As far as the grounds they were very decent when I got here I love the plants however the pine trees are ridiculous. There are pine needles everywhere, Which I'm allergic to. So I had to buy a blower for my patio and keep my windows closed. The tree leans over the carport and if it rains like it did earlier this ear that could be an accident waiting to happen. The TV's don't work at the gym And there's not really a lot of equipment. The location is great And the apartment is decent for the amount of money you're paying.
