Otsego Villas

The elevator doesn’t work atleast once a month. Once it was out of order for 6 weeks! The lady who manages the property doesn’t live there so the property gets neglected. They barely maintain the apartments and roof leaks happen often. Your better off paying more somewhere else or finding a cleaner building.

The maintenance takes long and often ends up only fixing symptoms of larger issues. Otherwise i enjoy living here

Having lived here for a year, I'm very pleased with my choice to move into NoHo Square Villas. It is very spacious, with vaulted ceilings and a loft. Despite being walking distance to the NoHo arts district, it is a quiet neighborhood that I feel mostly safe in. The building itself is very secure, with two gated parking garages and gated access. When I moved in, all the appliances were brand new, so it was nice to move somewhere that takes care of their tenets. Everything is well kept, with a cleaning crew that comes weekly to ensure the common areas are taken care of. There could be some upgrades to the stairwell, common area flooring and carpets, but all in due time I'm sure. Very happy with living here and hope to make it my home for quite some time.

It’s an older building but for the area you cant beat the rent and it’s a great place to live. Quiet area but walls are thin so you may her your neighbors sometimes

I have lived here for close to a year and have loved my experience. The managment is very responsive when we need them, and my neighbors are great. Despite some interesting times, Ive always felt taken care of and heard about any issues weve had.

Its okay for the price that is is but could be 10x better for many obvious reasons.
