Three years ago I would have said these were the best apartments, but now I can't say that anymore because they removed the swimming pool, the children's playground, and cut down a lot of trees.

I like my apartment and my neighbors. I am sad to see all the grass and trees go, not to mention the pool. Amentities? Laundry room and workout hut maybe?

I am a long-time resident. I have found the other residents tend to keep to themselves, with the exception of my next door neighbors which is comforting and friendly. Woodcreek Apartments is a gated community that offers a nice and quiet environment that is professionally maintained and is centrally located in Moorpark. In addition, the Woodcreek personnel are professional and attentive. Finally, their maintenance team is the best I have ever encountered. They are friendly, experienced and professional.

The amenities keep disappearing from this property. Great maintenance team, well maintained property, but its not worth the price without an indoor gym, swimming pool and spa, and gates that stay shut.

I have been with Woodcreek for the past year and while it seemed like a few extra hoops to get us in initially with some of the requested paperwork, this has been a spectacular place to live. In particular, the management is super responsive to any requests or issues we have had, in most cases solving things within 24 hours, often same day! If you are looking for a reasonably-priced apartment in the Moorpark area, I would easily recommend Woodcreek Apartments as a great place to settle down long-term!
