Overall good, but I have had to learn not to expect the service and quality that was once there when I first moved in and first couple of years. I appreciate my neighbors - friendly and kind. I also appreciate what maintenance does for the trees. The maintenance staff are super friendly and very responsive. He is very helpful and asks questions to make sure the thing he is fixing is the way you want it. However, we are losing more and more amenities. last year they gave us an almost $200 per month increase. Considering groceries are more expensive than ever, the increase was hard for a lot of people. The compassion for rent cost is gone. Many of the neighbors were super upset. It used to not increase or be something minimal like $40 or not at all. With paying almost $200 a month more, I thought the amenities would be maintained, but they are being taken away. We still dont have a park; we used to have one with a slide and teeter totter. We still dont have a functiining pool. It closed about a year ago and it doesnt appear like any action is being taken to get it to be reopened. A pool is one of it’s selling points. I highly doubt external pest control was done this year as the ant problem was the worst its been this summer. The front gate is always wonky, it seems they have brought in crews to fix it, but the fixes dont stick; probably time fir time for a replacement. When the frint office had Honey, she was super responsive via email and had great customer service. Now responses seem to only be through rent cafe. Overall though, it’s a “good” place to live. It’s just sad because it used to be “super great and amazing.”

Lack of landscape and upkeep.

Only thing I would criticize would be the landscaping, or lack of it. Dead plants, weeds or nothing at all.
