They are good overall. They have a nice pool and nice gym and parking is good

This community is not kid friendly. The game room has no entertainment for children. Neighbors complain about normal noise during the day that kids make. The TV's dont work and the leasing staff have no idea how they function. Overall, the place looks nice but is not homie for families.

So far, so good! Nice homey atmosphere, very clean surroundings, beautifully maintained landscape ( just wish other residents would not cut the lilies when they are blooming since they are a lovely addition to the grounds). I haven’t used the pool or exercise room; but they look inviting! Due to an accident, I have a handicapped plaque and walk with a cane. On occasions I need to park in designated handicapped spot to avoid additional steps; and am grateful it is available when needed. I have only needed three small maintenance repairs; and the technicians were promot and did a great job! Thank you for providing a nice place to call home.
