Water shut off

Water shut off is ridiculous. We should not have to pay for those days.

Review

Hard to get a hold of management and often times rude. Neighbor plays loud music that vibrates. People domt follow the pool rules and can be loud and dogs have been seen around.

Management needs to improve

Management is just in the office to get paid. They are nit here for their residents. Rules are not implemented only when management is called everyday to complaint.

Nobody ever responds to any questions/ requests.

My first month in loads of laundry were stolen, I practically have no clothes. My closet was never on the hinges since I moved in and status is still broken. Management NEVER responds to emails or calls maybe they are short staffed, however being a mana myself I wish there was more communication.
