Good for the value

The are pros and cons of living in Anton Menlo. The property aspires to be a luxury living space and in many ways it is in many it is not. The biggest downsides are: - outrageous utility bills (the shared ones) - expensive trash valet service - loud neighbors - smokers all over the property The pros are: - large pool, decently maintained and heated! - acceptable parking situation - pretty laid back management who do not fine tenants for stupid things

Actually nice

It was a great experience living at Anton Menlo, primarily because of the super responsive and friendly leasing staffs here(especially Lewie) and the maintenance was also very quick and responsive when needed. Management is consistently showing responses to residents' concerns. There are though some minor disadvantages such as unassigned parking making it hard to find a close parking spot and location is kind of isolated from groceries, restaurants, cafes, etc. But otherwise everything else is almost perfect.
