As a tenant, every time I reach out to the management staff--they provide non-empathetic responses, cite my lease at me, and essentially make me feel like I'm talking to a brick wall. It's fine if you can't help me, but using the faux-polite-well-actually customer service tone in emails just makes everyone's day worse. Maintenance staff is great.

I've been living here for about 2 years now and I have enjoyed it thus far. The amenities are sweet and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Maintenance is responsive to the needs of the community as well. All in all, it's been a solid time in this community.
