We are living here for + 8 years, we love the neighborhood house is fine , building is old and need some works for isolation and eventually floors for noise.

Ive lived here since i moved to ????, love the neighboorhood I guess for the money spent maintenance could be better but I even understand is an old house.

This neighborhood is incredible- so quiet and safe and beautiful! The layout for a studio is spacious and unique and much bigger than typical studios are. The only downsides are paper thin walls with no insulation, and variable timing with maintenance requests (sometimes they come the next day and are soeedy, sometimes it takes over a week)

Moved in a month ago, and have loved it so far! The landlord can be hard to get ahold of and is a little disorganized, but our experience with the staff has been decent. Barring one rude neighbor, the neighbors and neighborhood are also lovely! One drawback is that there are several maintenance issues, like the garbage disposal not working, the hot water heater needing replacing, and the shower leaking, among others. Once that is all patched up however, the value of this property is definitely good compared to comparable apartments in the area. It's a good deal-- or at least as good a deal as you can hope to find in Menlo Park so close to Stanford's campus.
