This place is good! Had a good experience

I lived at Western Lux for a year and a half, and it has been a wonderful experience. Jada is an amazing communicator who’s always helpful, and Conley and the maintenance team are quick to assist whenever needed. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is beautiful, and the views are truly the best part. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend Western Lux to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Living here has been an incredible experience, and I’m truly grateful for the amazing staff that make this place feel like home. From the moment I moved in, their warmth and professionalism stood out. The team is always attentive, quick to address any issues, and genuinely cares about the well being of residents. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that make daily life comfortable and enjoyable. I especially love how bright and eco-friendly the shared spaces are it’s a perfect blend of modern living and a cozy atmosphere. What really sets this place apart is the sense of community fostered by the staff. Their consistent efforts to ensure everything runs smoothly haven’t gone unnoticed. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it makes all the difference. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a welcoming and well managed place to live.

Management here has been great (theres currently two companies managing here but Hestia Property Management - the main company - is in the process of taking over the entire building). We’ve had some issues come up that required swift attention and both times not only were they receptive but they also came after hours to help us out. Great crew of people who do our maintenance and they’re quite friendly. We had some issues with security and management took quick action to mitigate it. Overall I love our apartment (its massiveeeee and in the rear of the building so we hear NOTHINGGGG!!! <3), the management team, and the location (literally have everything you could possibly need steps from the front door like convenience stores, a grocery store essentially across the street, tons of food/fast food options, or take a quick drive (no more than 5 minutes) to things like Target, Trader Joes, The Home Depot, the 101; plus much much more! Highly recommend checking out this place and renting from Hestia!

The staff are super helpful, very quick to respond and help. Maintence is almost always same day. The location is great and great value for money! Also incredible views from the top floor of the Hollywood sign!

I have lived at Western Lux for seven years. However, there has been a constant turnover in tenants and a lack of updates to the property. I hope the property management will take immediate action to make living here more pleasant. I understand that significant reconstruction is in the process. It has unfortunately really been an inconvenience.
