I am one of the longest residents here and have lived her over 17 years. It is reasonably priced and the maintenance is done timely. The building could use daily cleaning as there are lots of residents and dogs. It could also use the second elevator being fixed as it is harder to get to the laundry room with all the stairs. Otherwise, a great place to live!

I've lived here for a year and a half. I love the neighborhood and everyone is very friendly. I appreciate the on-site gym and laundry room. I wish there was another common area for people to hangout, but roof access is probably too dangerous.

It's a very small studio apartment with no AC but it's got its charm. It's a bit expensive for the size of the place but it's got a lot of neat little stores and restaurants around. Parking can be a bit difficult but not as impossible as other areas in LA. It's well kept and the staff are amazing. Love that it has its own gym!
