Apt Summary

The apartment itself is great - so spacious! But if i knew the elevator was going to be out for a month plus I would have never lived here. There has been little to no information of when this will be fixed and it is really frustrating. Especially frustrating when using the garage because there is no access to the apartment building unless you walk out on the street Every person that comes to fix it says that this elevator is way past due and needs to be replaced immediately. We have even gotten outside advice to take things to the state level. We are in love with the apartment but we are hoping this gets fixed immediately otherwise we will move out shortly. I know many people who live here feel this way as well.

Great location but noisy and not well maintained

I love the location and how big my apartment is. I truly wished my requests for fixing the patio door and the gaps between front door and walls have been taken more seriously. Additionally, i have asked management many times to talk to residents about noise levels after 10pm but residents continue to disregard the request. I personally have gone up on multiple occasions to ask my neighbors to keep noise down only yo turn around and experience the same next weekend. It is tiring. I will truly appreciate management taking the time to repair my doors / windows in such way so insulation is improved before winter (there is so much cold drift / air coming in through various openings)
