Love my housing! Really great and nice. Amenities are good and our roof has a great view

I've lived here for about 5 months. The street is nice and the building is nicer than most in LA. I enjoy the rooftop and the apartment upon first look seems luxury. At its core though a lot of it is cheaply made, it has issues and definitely is not in pristine condition. The building management is not the best but could be worse. The parking garage is very small, which I live in a 4 bedroom unit and we are only assigned two spaces. The garage is hard to get out of because of how narrow it is. We often run into issues with our washer/dryer, our AC, and I worry generally about the structural integrity of the building itself.
