Good so far. Building construction could have done more to reduce noise from neighbors above (ex. loud stomping). Overall, it’s a nice property and staff is great.

Tires Being stolen, paying for parking even more now, higher rent each year, missing packages, maintanance doesnt always come.

Great building, fantastic amenities. The staff is also great. The only problem is parking security - lots of stolen property, and the building does not take any liability and refuses to install security cameras despite a petition by residents

The complex is amazing, but it also has the issues you would expect with a building this large. There is unfortunately dog poop left all over the exterior dog areas and our trash chutes are constantly clogged up. Receiving anything larger than a small box turns into a treasure hunt because you never know where the delivery person leaves your package. I feel sorry for the front desk people because all they do is help people find their packages. The amenities are really great and you can't beat the location! We also REALLY love the layout of our unit though. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives.
