Super overpriced and feels cheap

Very much not worth the price as they constantly nickel and dime you with additional fees and are always removing amenities. After promising there would be guest parking available they just removed it after providing it for a year. Now you can't have guests over without them paying a huge amount to park in the Whole foods lot, which is like $40 a day or some absurd price. Very dishonest leasing practices. Unit's have a ton of issues like super poor sound insulation, fire alarm constantly going with false alarms, no ventilation in the kitchens (no stove hood) so you can't cook anything without smoking up your apartment. Tons of items not up to building code. It's just super overpriced don't recommend.

overall pretty good experience VOX

i lived here for almost a year, overall i like the building and the community and i especially like the activities that Vox organizes. The location and amenities are great too. The only thing I think could get better is the response speed from the maintenance team (usually the request submitted from RentCafe barely gets resolved) and also the false fire alarm at midnight.

Vox Property Rating

Overall this building is great. If you want modern living, more amenities and a larger space, the Vox is for you. If you prefer luxury living and don't mind a smaller place, but with great views, go for the Arq. It is a great time to move in now as the building and staff have tweaked most of the issues when they had a lower occupancy rate, however, now they have brought on more systems in place to get your issues fixed in a timely matter. Plus, they have been adding on more community-type events, which is always a plus.
