The rent is pretty high especially since the management company does nothing for its tenants they are not even on site. I have also been lied to by them And have proof. It’s a nice building I wish more of the people who lived here would be more respectful of their surroundings .

I have lived at Vela for 3 years. The maintenve staff is amazing!! The building stays so clean Mon- Sat but then on Sat to Minday morning so e the resudrnts ate disgusting yhey key their oets pee and poop all in the elevatirs snd around the building so unfair for the maintenve staff to clean up!! Other wise we gell safe and noce place
