My experience so far is good with this property. Thea is identified as a higher standard of living in the south park district DTLA which I mostly agree however the dog park and dog areas are difficult to deal with as the smell of pee and poop bleeds in the pool area making it difficult to enjoy. I believe the property has luxury feel that can compare to the Ritz condo close by, but the smell takes away its classy and outstanding appeal. I hope my feedback is welcome but more importantly considered. I can share my thoughts but thoughts without action or change are just feedback. Consider the ground level and loading dock could be a better option for dog lovers and isolate the odors from 9th floor or 27 floor amenities.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The space is clean, bright, and quiet, with plenty of natural light and a great layout. The location is super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transit. Management has been responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to call home

before paying, the speed of replying to emails and dealing with problems is so fast. But after paying rent, the speed of replying to emails and dealing with problems is so slow. The problems encountered by the residents cannot be solved in a timely manner. I feel so sad.
