Francisco and his wife are friendly, reliable and consistent. The roof is beautiful, and so are the fire escapes. It is incredibly noisy from Vermont traffic. Paying for our own water, trash and gas is a huge downside. Rent is a lot and parking is a lot on top of that. There are similar, cheaper options.

I have enjoyed living in this 100 year old building for almost 20 years. My rent increased maybe $300 over the first 15 years. Then after the new owner bought the building, my rent has gone up $200 in 2 years, with no improvement/remodel/upgrade to my apartment.

Rosano Properties is a 5-star company. I just signed a commercial lease for 3+ years for my sustainable fashion company & production & event space. The location is absolutely a gorgeous gem in the heart of LA. Very close to amenities, the train, and the 101 highway entrance is literally on the corner of the building. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The building has 1920's charm & they have done so much to restore & maintain the charm of the original construction. The building is super secure with all-in-one amenities such as: a beautiful courtyard (farmers markets & events to come), a full service gym, a beautiful view of the city from the roof, a secure mail room, gated parking, laundry facility, & storage, just to name a few.... Can't wait to start my journey here.

OG, my apt has not yet been "remodeled", I am on Social Security, and could not afford to live in a remodeled apartment in this building. I love living here, pretty much. The neighbors are civil, and nice to one another. Management is responsive, the place is kept up and running.
