Inconsiderate Staff

Staff here is extremely inconsiderate and tries to get over on you. Security is slacking extremely. Needs new management.

Love the location, management needs another upgrade

There is new management that is better than the one that was replaced earlier this year. However, quality is customer service, courtesy, and respect remains low. It's as if management thinks they're there to sit behind desks and collect rent rather than serving the people who call and come in with concerns and requests. The response time of the property manager is low to the pol t of being rude and could do with a serious upgrade. I hope to see a decrease in staff turnover and nicer more sincere interactions. It's our best that pays their bills and that's something they need to remember. This is a predominantly black/immigrant community and when I know that if we were white tennats, the attitude and indifference that's emitted from theae front office would disappear.
