Mansfield Review

Location is great, parking with guest parking is great! The cleanliness of the building could improve, doesn’t look like it’s cleaned daily. Takes away from feeling like a luxury building, would not advertise as luxury. The gym does not have proper air ventilation, so if one person sweating it out with excessive body odor, it stinks up entire gym to point you have to leave. Hot water takes time to come through all faucets, ending up washing dishes with cold water or just running the shower for 3 minutes before getting any hot water. Can hear upstairs especially if they have heavy feet and walk around alot at all hours of day and night. Not ideal for those sensitive to these kinds of noises.

Without hot water for nearly a month. 5 different leasing mangers in equally as a many months. Constant construction and noise. Things constantly break.
