Nice for the price

I’ve lived here for about 2 years now I believe The location and apartment is good for the price. It gets incredibly hot during the summer though and incredibly cold during the winter (heater keeps breaking down) . There’s no AC, beware. During the heatwave i had my rubber kitchen gloves completely melt it was so hot. 1 parking spot per unit. They do allow pets which I love. The apartment is huge for the price as well! There’s washer and dryer and some patio furniture. Tons of closet space and cabinets.

I moved here 2 months ago going on 3. I have had nothing but positives about this place. Communication and maintenance request are completed quickly. Brice, the property manager, is super friendly and always keeps you updated on things and in the loop. The apartments are priced at a very nice price for what you get. The apartments themselves are really big and spacious. Lots of natural light in the apartments & huge closets and storage space. Parking space for one vehicle and usually plenty of street parking (no permit required). All of the neighbors who live in the community are very nice. The area is a great location, Larchmont Blvd is right down the street. Gated entry and garage gives you peace of mind. pet friendly is also a bonus. nothing but great things to say so far, I love it here.
