My peace of mind at home is essential

Living here is fantastic because I choose to make it that way. The Chadwick offers some great amenities that are kept in very good condition. The staff is wonderful. Especially Corey and Jessica and Jose Luis. They are super helpful and always extremely professional. This is a fantastic location and I am very happy I’ve chosen to live here at the Chadwick for now.

Mixed emotions, mainly good

I have been living at the Chadwick nearly 3 months. The parking is great, just a little expensive in my opinion. The amenities will undoubtedly be great when they reopen. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for me, close to DTLA and Hollywood. I would say, once the amenities are reopened, it would be considered good value for money. My only complaint is the noise, unfortunately there’s been complete remodeling of all 3 units surrounding mine and also there is a tenant with autism/Tourette’s that shouts (seemingly involuntary) all day and night which is very sad however, it’s a pertinent fact and something to consider if you’re moving in. You definitely need earplugs, some speakers and a lot of patience... if you seek quiet peace and serenity this place probably isn’t for you! The staff have been very accommodating and lenient given the current crisis which I’m very appreciative of. Please note that the management has changed quite recently so disregard any negative older reviews about management, they’ve been very helpful. All the tenants I have encountered so far have been very friendly, however, limited exposure due to social distancing requirements. The amazon prime room is great. The grounds are just beautiful, adorning palm trees and Aloe Vera plants everywhere and is very well maintained, even through this challenging time. Who knew such beauty existed behind the Ralph’s and Vons parking lots !
