Quality of Living

I like everything about living here (location, apt features, cleanliness of the building, amenities, and the helpful/responsive staff) at the Boulevard Apts. The only things I dislike is the dog that barks all day some days in Apt 108, and the heavy walking/stomping, sometimes rolling of objects across the floor by the resident in Apt 204 above me. I have to time when I go to bed as the resident stomps back and forth across the floor above my bedroom before they retire for the night.

The building is alright

I do enjoy living here, we love our apartment. The staff are friendly. It's a nice location, the roof is special:) Things I wish were different: We have some noise problems with the tenants below us. Emergency maintenance and the office are often hard to get a hold of. I am not thrilled that we have to pay more for parking when we have lived here for 5 years, and our rent was $2400. I look forward to when the hot tub works again. I am grateful that the leasing office is working with us to not raise rent any higher. The elevator is a issue and it would be really wonderful if the building would replace it. I am enjoying the Invictus app. Thank you for your hard work and continuing to try and make it a better building.

Very good staff

Great apartment with lots of natural light, modern amenities, and a spacious layout. The management is responsive and helpful, and the location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and parks. Highly recommend!
