I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is always clean and well maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The maintenance team is attentive, capable, and clearly takes pride in their work. The property manager is readily available, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which makes everything run smoothly. The location in K-Town is unbeatable—close to great food, shops, and transit. Covered parking is a huge bonus and adds real convenience. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-managed place to call home.

I’ve been living here for over five years. The manager is very nice, the environment is quiet, and having an in-unit washer with parking makes it extremely convenient.

Overall a great place to be, my only note, is the gym area can improve with machine relocation, it's not motivating to use the machines if there's nothing to look at or the TV is never on. So working out and machines face the wall, gets claustrophobic at times, other than that it's pretty cool to live there.
