Parking is tough, but it's K-Town. The amenities are limited, but are well kept by management.

The elevator always smell bad and its super complicated to open whem you bring bags. The neirboorhood is really noise

Parking is difficult, which is expected in Koreatown, but the location is amazing. The street is quite and the neighbors are very nice. Robert is a great building manager and very personable.

I love living at the Sutton. It's location in ktown makes it ideal, as I can easily access the public transportation options I need to get around LA. Food and entertainment are all around. The building is kept very well and any problems that I have are handled very swiftly. Robert, the property manager, is a true gem and has made living at the Sutton amazing! Every concern I have is heard and handled. I hear horror stories of folks living elsewhere having to track down management to address issues. This has never been the case with Robert. He is fantastic! I love the clean, friendly environment of my building. My unit fits my needs perfectly. Parking is atrocious, but that is the state of Koreatown and not the fault of the Sutton. I live car-free, so this only matters when friends/family come to visit.

Nice place to live with great staff. Not a plac eyou can live easily without a car. No underground parking is a killer

Mirrored closet in the living room in addition to large walk-in set with built- n vanity. The bathroom has Rose marble flooring and new fixtures.
