The building management is great and responsive. Everything is well maintained. We do tend to have hot water issues and the water gets turned off. Washing machines can be out of order as well.

I have sleeping problems because I am next to the elevator and causes a lot of noise at night or early morning.

Parking is tough, but it's K-Town. The amenities are limited, but are well kept by management.

The elevator always smell bad and its super complicated to open whem you bring bags. The neirboorhood is really noise

Parking is difficult, which is expected in Koreatown, but the location is amazing. The street is quite and the neighbors are very nice. Robert is a great building manager and very personable.
