While I really appreciate the commitment to keeping Village Lofts as safe and enjoyable as possible, I do have a few major issues. There is no accountability for people who park illegally in the parking garage, and it often makes it extremely difficult to get out of my paid parking spot. The fact that the cost of parking is being raised in August is super frustrating, when my ease of parking is only growing more and more obstructed. There needs to be serious consequences to illegal parking, because as of right now, countless tenants/guests are parking for free with no repercussions while the paying tenant are being asked to pay more. If this were addressed I would be a much more satisfied tenant.

This is my second year living here, in two different units. The amenities are great, including rooftop space, gym, and quiet study rooms. It's also in a great location close to downtown Westwood, as close to UCLA campus. Overall it is a great place to live.

Nice but expensive. And $140 per month per space for parking on top of expensive rent is excessive!!

Our washing machine had to be replaced almost immediately after moving in because it didn’t work, and I have some reservations about our dishwasher as well ( a lot of water comes out of it during a cycle). Other than that things are nice.
