The area is great and the units that have been renovated look great. But for not having an in unit laundry and no central AC mixed with the issues with management and the overall condition of the property, it is not worth the cost that is being charged.

Over 20years a resident ,I have noticed a lessening in services and managerial response to problems . Problems in the building and garage go unnoticed unless it is by the tenants .There is no on-site building manager as required by municipal law for structures with more than 15 units . An example of managerial laxity : the light in the pool has been out for almost 3years now .Under previous managements, it was never out for more than 3 days .This light really beautified the property and always elicited so many compliments from visitors .It was such a good promotion for the building.Meanwhile , some tenants put up temporary holiday string lights around the pool fence that are battery charged . They are now starting to lose power ! The long term residents have always treated the building as their home and to be treated as such . Some have even spent their own money to replace tables , chairs and umbrellas that were removed by management but never replaced.

We would like to have faster responses from the people in charge of the repairs, sometimes they don't answer or when they do sometimes take days for an answer.

management is extremely slow with communication if at all, property is not well maintained (pool is so old and in need of renovations, tile has fallen off, plaster has chipped, light is broken), gate to the parking garage is broken regularly and fails to close, units are cheaply renovated and not well maintained, little upkeep of the green areas of the property so it is left to the residents

the building is fantastic, it's in a very quiet part of west hollywood, with easy street parking. building management is slow to communicate and manage amenities within the building.
