Its been good so far. Just noice levels can vary and the building itself is upkept at their best ability just neighbor hood can be in better conditions

My place is ok, clean, 1 parking maybe 1 more would be better, place close to a lot markets, mall and shopping center, close to the train station and public transportation, close to DTLA, not to bad, neighborhood not too save but is ok, street parking difficult to find. recommendations: maybe more washing machines, and clean them.. over all place is ok.

Spacious residence, relatively quiet, friendly neighbors. Only dienside is the package deliveries. Would be nice if they had a box for ups/fedex/amazon.
