I like to live here, close to metro rail, public library. Rooms are spacious, staff and management excellent. Cannot think of anything to complain about. The noise is expected.

It has been great living here. I just moved in, and the building and its staff are the best. The valet parking is unexpectedly very convenient and smoothly operated. I always have my car when I need it. Packages are smoothly delivered and securely stored always. I highly recommend this building to anyone who asks.

I can't imagine a better place to live in downtown LA. Location is perfect: easy walking distance to both Whole Foods and Ralphs. The staff here from top to bottom is excellent. Everyone does a great job of making residents feel welcome. The management is fantastic and super engaged. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and well. Rooms are quiet. Elevators work great. Can't say enough how wonderful the experience is living here. Five Stars Plus!
