I have lived in this building for several years and quite a few regime changes. Sadly, the building is now mainly Air B 'n B or "temporary leasing units" as they call it for legal purposes. With the rotating guests coming in like a revolving door, it creates a hotel atmosphere, which isn't the safest feeling for permanent residents. And even worse, it's these temporary guests where the building's loyalty lies, because that's how they make their money. The location is great, and it once was a fine place to live and still could be if they just showed more loyalty to the residents that have done to them.

I have lived here for several years. The location is great if you like Hollywood. Recently, they have rented out to mainly "short term leasers". Otherwise known as Air B'nB. So, that leads to a lot of strangers coming in and out, which is not ideal. It is basically a hotel fronting as a residence at this point.

A great apartment that offers only the basics plus parking and in the best part of Hollywood. The rent is fair, the staff is nice, and maintenance will always fix any problem you have immediately. I’ve never experienced any neighbor that was noisy or had any problems with the other residents. Overall I am grateful I found this place when I was looking.

This apartment building is in the center of Hollywood up from the Walk of Fame. It’s a great location and they have ABnB for the enthusiastic tourist.
