The apartment complex offers attractive units in a convenient location, but my experience has been marred by poor management and maintenance issues. Communication from the landlord is lacking, with important messages often ignored and tenants' concerns disregarded. Maintenance requests, including minor repairs, take months to be addressed, which is frustrating. Despite the pleasant amenities and layout of the apartment itself, the overall neglect from management overshadows these positives. Potential tenants should consider these drawbacks before deciding to move in.

Was fine with the place until maintenance issues arose and it’s taking forever to fix. Communication is poor, lack of follow through and keeping the tenant in the loop.

All floor plans are renderings and not exact. A non-refundable $55 application fee is required for all applicants 18 or over. Residents are responsible for all utilities including water, sewer, and trash.
