This apartment is simply too expensive for what is offered. There is never any conveient street parking and the physical apartment is far too basic to command the price that is advertised (i.e. none of the floors are truly flat, there is sloppy paint spatter all over the cabinetry, the balcony is too small to ever use). Overall, I do like some aspects of living here (i.e. nearby 405 freeway, walking distance to weekend farmer’s market), but I would not say that the price I am paying is appropriate for the conditions of the living space.

The apartments are nice and the rent is the most affordable in the area that we live in which is a really nice and peaceful location. Also, the apartment management and staff are really kind.
