Good place and parking overall, most issues are attended to when able. There is limited communication between tenant and office when issues arise.

It's satisfactory

Good place for the price, parking and A/C included. Park is nearby. Staff is usually easy to contact, and there's rarely trouble in the area. Neighbors do play music and the park amphitheater has had performances.
