I think 1601 is a pretty good value. Having my own parking spot, studio, and access to the pool in a central location for my price point is good. Gena - the building manager - is really sweet and prompt to address problems when they arise. Unfortunately the elevator is chronically broken, and that does get troublesome at times.

I lived here for about 7 months, and have enjoyed the friendly community. The amenities are nice, so is the location, and I think the prices are very fair. I've enjoyed it!

I've been living here for nearly two months, and I've really been struck with the value of my rental unit. For my press, I get an impressive amount of amenities - private balcony, access to a pool, private parking spot, and a lobby. I love living here!

Overall good experience, but could have more ammenties, such as a gym. Also the pool and halways need to be cleaned more often. Maintence on the washer dryer room needs to be performed more often aswell.
