My first month living here has been great so far. I really like my apartment — it’s quiet, the sound insulation is good, and everything feels comfortable. Maintenance is also very fast: whenever something needs to be fixed, they handle it quickly. The management team is responsive and always helps with any questions right away. I’m very happy with everything at this point, and I hope it continues this way in the future.

It's still a decent deal for an apartment like this. But ever since the property switched to a new owner. The valet trash picking has become less frequent. We paid 35/month per person, but our trash wasn't picked up. I've seen people put their trash can out for days, and no one seemed to pick it up.
