Happy for the most part!

I have lived in my unit for a year and a half. My neighbors are pretty friendly. The noise level is not bad. The parking is not good but I do not own a car(but my visitors do). I have had nothing but great experiences with the apartment manager. I am pleased with the spaciousness of my place but I do not have any amenities to speak of. I am very happy with the location. With inflation and regard to everything being extremely expensive, I guess you could say I am getting my money worth.

Pretty cool place to stay

Management is ok

I recently moved from communication started off real well then afterwords it all fell off. I was promised a garage. And never got it. I opt out because management said a car back into it. Couple months later I ask about the garage I saw it fixed and now it’s someone else’s poor communication. Management could’ve told me that the garage is already took it, but instead gave me the runaround

Vintage building, great maintenance

Vintage building in Leimert. Friendly tenants and neighbors. Great space to exercise both indoors and in the backyard. The neighborhood trails and parks also come in handy for workouts. Smaller doors than usual so moving in that larger refrigerator or designer stove is not allowed because they won’t fit through the door.
