Jardine has gone down since it opened

When Jardine first opened its doors in 2021, it seemed like a dream come true. However, as time went on, the reality of living here has proven to be quite different. The building has become a home to some rather unruly tenants who show little respect for communal rules, and unfortunately, the management team hasn't been very proactive in addressing these issues. From the gym to the pool, it appears that many residents disregard the rules, whether it's playing loud music or neglecting to properly dispose of their recyclables, leading to hallways marred by trash. Strangely, if you request simple accommodations, like adjusting window shades in the gym to combat the blinding morning sun at 8 am, its been met with refusal on the grounds of fairness to other tenants. However, this notion of fairness appears to be inconsistent, as I've witnessed the staff allowing their own extended families access to the rooftop pool during busy holidays, creating a double standard. The staff enjoys utilizing the communal areas during their off hours. Although I used to love living at Jardine, I've come to the decision that it'll be time to move elsewhere. That being said, there is one shining aspect of this place that I will genuinely miss – the Valet team. They've been consistently amazing, providing exceptional service that has made a difference in my experience living here.
