General lack of respect for tennants. Its as if they really dont want to do their job. Very transactional, not pleasant, like a substitute teacher treats students. Poor communication and viceral lack of empathy and understanding of tenant issues. Just checking the boxes And hiding behind emails. Everything was great until they started displaying a severe lack of concern. Its as if their job is just to fix problems as they happen and tenants just happen to be in the building at the same time. Since management changed about a year ago, all amenities have broken down and not been fixed. Im not one to typicaly leave reviews like this but im left feeling pretty helpless and unheard.

The lady in the management is cold. Records seem disorganized due to turnover. The property and amenities are amazing for young professionals and pets.
