The location of the housing complex is very good. It is located walking distance to transportation and most retail services that are needed. The maintenance of the complex in terms of regular cleaning of common areas leaves much to be desired. There is always trash scattered around walkways and the surrounding exterior of the building. The parking lot security gate has been broken for over 8 weeks now, resulting in ongoing security threat to residents safety and personal property. They need to install security cameras at entrances to the complex and walkways.
