It is a good building

Honestly, the pluses for me are the location and the building is pretty safe. Other than that, it is a pretty old building and they try to maintain it clean but it needs some good scrubbing in some areas. The parking area is not clean at all and sometimes the trash smells. The picture of the swimming pool is old they just redid that area but there are no chairs or anything there just the swimming pool (BYOC). The apartments that have been remodeled (maybe they all have) are nice since everything is new. But, nothing fancy here. The manager is great, though, he really tries to get things done quickly.

Very good location. There are thefts at night in the parking garage multiple times in the past. Maybe hire security?
