The rules are outrageous. Dont move here, it will cost you. A LOT. You aren't allowed on the rooftop before 8 AM and after 9:55 PM

DillioN Allows his friends in the pool

Yall don’t believe the hype! They have their friends write reviews in exchange to allowing their friends to use the pool and hot tub… Dillion… Yes we know. This place is not luxury. Let’s start there. Poorly managed unfortunately. No guest parking either. Ask to see the RULES! Only allows 1 guest, but the staff can allow anyone. Smh

Creepy, they watch you on camera

OK, let’s talk about it. Beautiful building. Beautiful apartment. Florida ceiling and windows. Unfortunately the building is it run like a luxury building. They have cameras everywhere and they are watching you. You are allowed to guess on the rooftop per apartment. My neighbor actually had four guests up there and was charged $1500 for the additional two guest because they saw them on camera. Also, you’re not allowed to watch sunrise on the rooftop. You’re only allowed on the rooftop starting at 8 AM and you must leave the rooftop by 10 PM. Beautiful building, but you can’t take advantage of the tall building to watch sunrise. Very odd, right. They police there residence Hard, as if we are being treated like kids at a dorm room. I wonder if it’s because of the location. Could their biases be showing up. I wonder if all the Korea town luxury buildings treat their residence like …as if they don’t trust them. Imagine walking to the rooftop with three of your friends to show them the view for maybe 30 minutes and you get a phone call from the Concierge telling you you’re gonna be charged because you took guest to the rooftop for a moment. They said we are watching you. So creepy. So again beautiful building, but at what cost. Oh there is no GUEST PARKING
