Gorham Air By Wiseman

Amenities are limited. The washer and dryer are never working and only take quarters. Most buildings around have been updated to at least take credit cards or have an app that they connect to. More times than not, I am unable to do laundry because the machines eat my quarters. I have an incredibly small parking spot. I came back to my car after trash day in October to a black scratch on the edge of my car (assuming from the dumpster which is right next to my car. After a leak formed behind my wall, there was a crack in the dry wall. So I submitted a work order. Unfortunately, I was going on vacation the next day and wasn't going to be around to supervise. I came home to white dry wall powder residue ALL OVER MY APARTMENT. My floors, my bed, my couch, etc. My shoes were scattered around my room because the work had taken place in my closet. I'm disappointed because I love the location and I am really settled in my apartment. The latest issue with the laundry room is flooding. Hopefully management can address these issues, it would be a bummer to have to move!

Love living here. Diane really galues each tennant. Wiseman maintenance has not been the friendliest. He som used to do a very kind and thorough job at helping residents with makntenance requests prior to Wiseman taking over.
