Property could use some work Management could use a lot of work Maintanence is the best, since property is not in the best condition they really are helpful with any issues you may have and respond very quickly!

Before we even moved in, our garage doors did not work. We've called many times, told maintenance, yet still this garage has not been fixed. I have prolly lived in this apartment for about a month now, still no person has come to fix the garage. I would love the garage to be fixed especially for my neighbors who have a hard time getting out because our cars are parked right in front of the garage. In reality this is firstchoicehousing issue, I would really appreciate someone coming to fix this garage that we essentially are paying for to use.

This beautiful, newly constructed gated community is located less than one block from the University of Southern California campus.Our tri-level apartment homes feature a private two car garage, in-unit washer & dryer, hardwood floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), double closet, air conditioning and private bath for each bedroom. The property is under 24-hour video surveillance and also features bicycle racks and managed landscaping.
All floor plans are renderings and not exact. A non-refundable $55 application fee is required for all applicants 18 or over. Residents are responsible for all utilities including water, sewer, and trash.
