Great value for the location, and helpful staff

Been at Clarington for a little more than a year and have had a wonderful experience so far. The building is very clean, maintenance and property manager available in house so everything is addressed in a timely manner. They are also very friendly people so you'll feel safe knowing they have your best interest in mind. Parking is gated and I've had no problems with break ins. Just FYI the floors/ceilings are thin, so you likely will hear people above you, or someone in the hallway. Neighbors are generally respectful and many long term residents.

However with our persistence in contacting local officials, the area behind our building on Jasmine was cleaned up recently. Management is committed to doing whatever we can to ensure our residents enjoy coming home everyday.
