Waiting to take the ture but from what i could see from there pictures the location and cost is really good

The Alto Nido is a beautiful old apartment building with a caring pet-friendly community who puts great effort into keeping its little perch safe and cared for. Inside a warm decorated interior among beautiful views of the Hollywood Hills feels special every day. The units are very quiet and have good soundproofing between them. The location is along the 101 and Franklin so loud motorcycles, speeding cars, and the occasional screaming person is normal but not unlike much of Los Angeles. The only thing that could make it more perfect is if laundry was in-unit or offered for free/utility share but the rent is affordable for the area.

I love how close it is to the Hollywood Farmers market, plenty of public transportation options, and its accessibility to local park and urban hikes.

Been living here for a while now. Managment is easy to deal with. Maintence is necessary sometimes because the building is older but it feels like you are living in a piece of Hollywood’s history. Prime location in Hollywood. Great decorticating inside the building. Large and unique units.
