Nice place to live. It's quiet. Neighbors are nice but stick to themselves for the most part, in a kind way. Calm building, Wonderful Handy Man, and on-site Manager. Live here for 7 years!

Substandard housing

Management nonresponsive and half-assed repairs. The parking construction was the final straw. Glad we left this place. It is slowly circling the drain.
