Only live here if you're comfortable dealing with the worst possible management ever - space is nice but management will be fired throughout the year, not be accessible when things don't work, and then will try to charge and send fees for trivial things when you leave

My wife and I have lived here for over 5 years, it is the first place we lived in LA when we moved here and we haven't left. The location is perfect, the aesthetic and the staff have always been top notch. I'm not sure we'll ever leave!

I have lived at Brownstone for a few years now and I love my apartment. It has everything I need: washer dryer, AC, parking and super quiet. The exposed brick wall is probably my favorite. It's so cool, feels like I live in NYC. My friends always love coming over and hanging out on my rooftop. Overall great place to live, highly recommended. I usually keep to myself but the neighbors are nice and pleasant. Oh and free coffee in the lobby! Yum!
