K2LA Review

I have lived at K2LA for the past two years. The location and price is great for what I'm looking for; however, that has gone up significantly overtime. In addition, charges appear to be increasing for things that were previously included (e.g. guest parking after 7p). These increases, which collectively add up overtime, will likely make me re-evaluate whether or not to stay at K2LA at the end of my current lease.
