I had a great experience with Bali Apartments from start to finish. The entire leasing process was smooth, clear, and stress-free. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions we had. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very welcoming. What really stood out to me compared to other places is how responsive and supportive the team is—they truly care about their residents and go the extra mile to make everything comfortable. Unfortunately my property doesn’t get enough sun so if don’t us dehumidifier get mold and maybe water leaking between upstairs and my room sealing easy to get mold too.

office staffs attitude is very bad I know only 2staffs was very nice and kind but other female staff was very mean or they look down of us.they need think about resident care(actually customer service) that is the reason I am very scare to go to office. All of maintenance staffs are very kind.
